julia beck is a strategy consultant, marketing expert and transformation coach with a passion for customer experience for change and growth. julia possesses a unique combination of strengths in both analytical and conceptual capabilities as well as empathy and deep knowledge of communication practices. this makes her often sought out as a worthy sparring partner for senior executives and their teams both on her home turf and abroad. 


additionally, julia is a successful manager and leader having experience as the group managing director and ceo of interactive media at carat media agency in hamburg from 1999 to 2002. she was also the principal strategy consultant during her time with gemini consulting (1994 to 1999) as well as the senior brand manager at glaxo smithkline consumer brands between 1989 and 1994. since 2004 she is also a trained coach (msc oxford and hec). julia grew up in both hamburg and england
